Replications and Applications of Animal Model with Disease
Replication of animal disease model, is using manual methods, which in certain animal pathogenic factors (physical, chemical, biological effects) animal tissue, organ damages that there appear some similar diseases to humans like metabolic function or the morphological structure changes. Through such replication method,it provides a theoretical basis to study human diseases, its development, treatment, and prevent human diseases.
Replication methods of induced animal model are produced with nothing more than the use of biological, physical, chemical and environmental factors to the animal.
Biological factors include bacteria, viruses, parasites, cell, biological toxins, hormones and other pathogens, which were inoculated in animal for disease.
Physical factors are in many aspects. For example, under the action of mechanical force, there produce all kinds of traumatic brain injuries, fracture model , pressure change altitude sickness, diving disease; Burn and frostbite are caused by temperature; radiation can copy each type of radiation sickness, causing the immune function inhibited or induced Spragae-Dawley rat breast cancer; Epilepsy model induced by photic stimulation.
